Delivery Policy

Here at Fragrances Central we offer FREE delivery on all UK orders over £14.99. Orders under £14.99 will be sent via first class standard at £1.99.  All orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class.

A tracking number for each order is provided where possible. Orders can be tracked at https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item. 1st Class Signed Tracking only shows Dispatch and Delivery, with no updates in between. 

Fragrances Central are not responsible for the delivery times once the order has been posted. Once Royal Mail have attempted to deliver, it is It is the customer's responsibility to make collection or re-delivery arrangements with Royal Mail.
